Biography

Vincenzo Angelino obtained the laurea (equivalent to the M.S.) degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Federico II university (Napoli, Italy) in 2006.

Since octoberber 2006, Vincenzo does his Ph.D. in image processing and computer vision in the I3S laboratory under the supervision of Pr. Michel Barlaud and Dr. Eric Debreuve. The research topic is Information theory oriented image and video restoration.

Besides his research activities, Vincenzo is also a teaching assistant for undergratudate students in the computer science department of the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, at Polytechnic School of the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, and at University Institute of Technology of Nice.

Vincenzo plans to defend his Ph.D. in december 2009. So, he is seeking a post-doc position or a regular position in a research laboratory or in a research and development department. For further information, please consult his curriculum vitæ or contact him directly.
