Position

Full Professor at the Faculty of Sciences (University of Nice - Sophia Antipolis) since September 2006

Researcher at the I3S laboratory and former leader of the group OCL . All the team moved in January 2007 into the Rainbow group. Since December 2008, the rainbow group decided to become two groups (within the department GLC) in order to make more readable its two main research axis and I am in Modalis.

Assistant Professor at the I.U.T de Nice Côte d'Azur (University of Nice - Sophia Antipolis) - until august 2006

Short Bibliography

I got A Ph. D in computer science in May 1992. Between October 1987 and September 1988, I worked as engineer at ISE. During this period I gained an expertise in Object Technology, especially on the Eiffel language. From April 1992 to September 1993, I worked for the FAO as software engineer on the design and implementation of a CAD software applied to the economic planning of the food needs in Third World countries. From September 1993 to August 2006, I had been assistant professor at the university of Nice Sophia Antipolis. On December 10th 2005 I obtained an HDR (accreditation to supervise research - in french Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches). The HDR report may be downloaded as well as its presentation (both of them are in French only). Since September 2006 I am full professor still at the university of Nice Sophia Antipolis.
